MovementKind introduces Yoga

Yoga invites us to connect with our body and listen to what we need. The practice can be approached in any number of ways, for whatever level, to meet you wherever you are at in your movement journey.

Flowing through an invigorating and nourishing sequence of stretching and strengthening postures, the vinyasa classes will leave you feeling open, aligned, and empowered to move through your day with energy and kindness. Postures can be adapted to suit various levels, so everyone is welcome.
